Project Lifecycle

1. OPPORTUNITY SCREENING

We assess each project on a case-by-case basis, developing a bespoke power solution using the most appropriate bankable power generation technology (usually, but not always, solar and/or battery storage). We use established development processes and standardised project contracts resulting in faster development and implementation.

2. DEVELOPMENT

Our technical, commercial and country-specific development team assesses the client’s operational and economic requirements and designs the project that will meet those needs.

3. PERMITTING & LICENCING

Our team will fulfill all local requirements to deliver a project that meets the country-specific environmental regulations and legislation.

4. FINANCE

We provide finance upfront to cover the cost of project development and installation. The typical system finance ranges from $100,000 to $10,000,000. We can also work with businesses who wish to finance the installation themselves.

5. INSTALLATION

We take full responsibility for the technical stage of the programme. This includes detailed engineering design, equipment selection and procurement, and physical installation and integration with existing facilities. All our work is backed by system performance guarantees.

6. OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE

O&M is covered for the duration of the offtake contract. This includes 24/7 monitoring, regular maintenance, emergency fault response and monthly reporting.
